cancellation conditions

ON CANCELLATION OF YOUR BOOKING THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE VALID:
Until 1 month in advance of your arrival date you will not be charged any cancellation fees.
Until 7 days in advance of your arrival date we take the liberty of charging 60% of the full amount as a cancellation fee.
Within the last week a cancellation fee of 80% of the full amount is charged.

Additionally the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions according to ÖHVT are valid.
We strongly recommend to purchase a travel insurance.
