About Us: We are a renowned sports and lifestyle retailer located in Ötztal, Tyrol, with branches in Sölden and Längenfeld, as well as an online store. We offer a wide range of sports goods and not only that, but we also provide ski and snowboard rentals in the winter and bicycles/e-bikes in the summer. Additionally, we manage apartments in Längenfeld and Sölden, where we warmly welcome international guests.
Responsibilities:
- Management of our rental system (Wintersteiger)
- Collaboration with travel agencies and ski schools
- Invoicing
- Coordination of marketing efforts
- Cross-functional administrative tasks and cooperation with all business areas of Sport Glanzer
Requirements:
- Completed commercial education (HAK, HASCH, etc.)
- Substantial professional experience in administrative roles
- Knowledge of Wintersteiger/Advarics is not mandatory but advantageous
- Strong computer skills (proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop is a plus)
- Attention to detail, structured work approach, conscientiousness
